To create a strong feeling in this previously non-descript guest room, I combined bold geometric patterns with a lot of black. The custom window shutters resembling a tight lattice admit a soft light during the day and provide enough privacy at night. The proportion of woodwork to open spaces is sufficient to distort images into an abstract mosaic.
